Our faith demands more than awareness from us, and change requires more than meeting physical and emotional needs. We must reach to the depths of the human spirit with eternal hope that transcends the change of circumstances. 

As a community that embodies hope that is found in Jesus, 5280 gladly serves alongside these organizations that are doing great good in our city. We do not "push our religion" on them nor do we require them to "think the way we do". We simply offer our hands, hearts, and, when asked, our faith to the greater good of our community.

The GrowHaus is a nonprofit indoor farm in Denver's Elyria-Swansea neighborhood. Their vision is to catalyze a neighborhood-based food system in the community that is healthyequitable, and resident-driven. There are always opportunities to work the farm, distribute food or even participate in their Elf Project. "Streets of Hope" advocates for sexually exploited women here in Denver. The help women who are escaping sex trafficking and the commercial sex industry heal, find empowerment, redemption and a new life filled with hope.

The Historic Elitch Theater Foundation is restoring this amazing 125 year old theater and bringing live productions back to our community. You can volunteering for renovation projects, producing plays and helping out with their Film Series that happens on the theater lawn June through September.

Cultivate Health is an new initiative through Regis University that partners with neighbors and nonprofits to enhance wellness where we live, work and learn. Efforts include education, exercise classes and spaces, improved access to food and healthcare.
